OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Understand Your Vision and Create a Moodboard
- Initial brief meeting.
- Space planning and layout.
- Moodboard creation (includes 2 changes; additional changes are AED 1,000).
- Includes material, finishes, lighting, furniture direction, and custom furniture ideas (if necessary).
- Final approved design must be signed by the client, and no changes can be made afterward.
- Once the moodboard is approved, a quotation is provided, and 90% payment is requested.
Step 2: 2D Renders & Moodboards
- Estimated timeline: 1 week.
- Includes photorealistic 2D renders and moodboards.
- One amendment is free; additional changes cost AED 1,000.
- 3D renders are available for an extra charge of AED 3,000.
Step 3: Production
- Preparation of furniture and detailed drawings.
- Custom furniture design and production (if required).
- Samples of fabrics and wood shared for approval.
- Sourcing list preparation and selection of loose furniture, lighting, art, and accessories.
- Includes ceiling and power layout plans (if needed).
- Estimated timeline: 4 weeks from render approval.
Step 4: Implementation
- Management of installation.
- Styling with accessories.
- Final payment of 10% after installation completion.
